The POSH Committee of Sengunthar Nursing College is constituted in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and UGC guidelines.

The committee is committed to preventing sexual harassment and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students, teaching staff, non-teaching staff, and visitors within the campus.

The committee conducts awareness programmes, sensitisation sessions, counselling activities, and grievance redressal procedures to promote professional ethics, mutual respect, and gender equality throughout the institution.
