The Student Grievance Committee of Sengunthar Nursing College is constituted to provide students with a formal platform to raise and resolve grievances related to academics, administration, facilities, examinations, hostel, and student welfare matters.

The committee functions in accordance with UGC guidelines and institutional regulations to promote transparency, accountability, and a student-friendly environment within the campus.

The committee carefully reviews every grievance submitted by students and takes appropriate measures to ensure fair resolution through discussion, counselling, and corrective action wherever necessary.

The committee works collaboratively with faculty members, administrative departments, counsellors, and student representatives to maintain harmony and mutual respect within the institution.

Rights, Procedures & Responsibilities

  • ๐Ÿ“˜ Students may submit grievances related to academics, examinations, attendance, facilities, hostel, or administrative services without hesitation.
  • ๐Ÿ“ All grievances must be submitted in a respectful and genuine manner either directly, through grievance boxes, or online complaint mechanisms.
  • ๐Ÿค The committee ensures equal opportunity and unbiased enquiry while handling every complaint.
  • ๐Ÿ”’ Confidentiality of the complainant and related information is maintained throughout the grievance redressal process.
  • ๐Ÿ“ข Students are encouraged to communicate issues promptly to enable quick and effective resolution.
  • โš–๏ธ Appropriate recommendations and corrective measures are taken by the committee based on the nature and seriousness of the grievance.
